1958 - 2026:  Celebrating 68 Years

Today we had a wonderful time at the Adventure Park in Bridgeport. There were zip lines and obstacles high up in the trees! There were even zip lines going over our campsite. Scouts from BSA Troop 270 of Newtown, CT, attended a campout this past weekend at the John Sherman Hoyt Training Center and Scout Reservation in Redding, CT. The main activity was rifle shooting instructional training. We were also happy to be joined by several of our newly minted crossover scouts. This was also the last campout led by our outgoing SPL, Sandor. As we all know, we had a "real" winter this year, so our scouts arrived to find a wonderland of snow awaiting them.
