Andrew Hoyack completed his Eagle project on October 26. Congratulations to Andrew and thank you to all the scouts, leaders, adults, family, and friends who pitched in. His project was the construction of a small bridge in the rain garden/ visitor parking lot at the Bent of the River Audubon Center at 185 East Flat Hill Road, Southbury, CT.
